We have shared our lives with dogs since 1985, our first Spinone arrived in 1995, to be joined by a Bracco in 2002.

We moved to France in 2004 to run a busy grooming saloon and first started showing dogs the same year. The breeds are very rare in France and always create a lot of interest at the shows. After a number of good results and lots of enquiries about availability of puppies we decided to look for suitable mates for our dogs.  

Kenshill came to fruition in 2008 when we decided to start our own bloodline. The name is a combination of our family name and the name of a life-long friend who has been a great support in our efforts.  We are accredited breeders with the Societe Centrale Canine, the French kennel club.  Our aim is to breed only from stock which have had all the necessary tests to produce good healthy puppies.  We currently have 4 Spinoni and 3 Bracci, you can learn more about them elsewhere on this site.
